The loss of Human contact

So in this new job I have, part of my duties (hehehe) are to go through surveys that people take and respond to them.  What amazes me is the type of things that people say.  Without human contact we are at a loss for being polite or even courteous.  Sure some people are just the angry type, learned that at the City, but others are just bored or frustrated. I guarantee that if this was a phone in survey I would never get people saying some of the things they do.  I guess this is where the internet has let us down.  It has given us the ability to speak rudely to people with no repercussion.  Any way Nibb High Football RULES!!!!

Sorry it has been so long

I know that there are many of you out there that follow my every move and for that I am sorry that I haven't kept this up to date.  So a little recap.  I quit my job at Circuit City and now am a Communication Specialist for the City of Temple Texas.  It is a pretty cool job so far and I am enjoying.  Essentially I am keeping their website up to date and managing all of the programming for the government access channel 10.  Crystal and I have moved in with another couple to try this whole communal living thing.  I wouldn't say that it is the easiest thing that we have ever done, but I know that it has taught me a lot so far.  I switched my jeep over to power brakes, which was a pain in the butt. I had to run all new brake lines and install a new proportioning valve.  This biggest project I am working on right now is building a privacy fence.  Oh man, has this been an issue.  My neighbor is also my landlord and the one paying for everything so I kind of have to listen to him.  He knows nothing about it.  I will talk to him and them he goes in side reads about it on the web and then comes back outside and either changes something or has to go buy something different.  A weekend project has turned into a week and a half so far and we still don't have a building permit for every thing yet.  It is freakin' driving me crazy.  Well the good news is that my mom has been finding some really great deals on plants and has been bringing them to us so soon we will have an actual backyard that has been landscaped.  Any way all is well. I should be able to update this thing a little more often.
